Chisholm Health Center, a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, shall operate within the organization’s Code of Conduct in communities accepting responsibility for healthcare, implementing quality systems, continuously assessing services and following the “Good Governance Practices for 501(c)(3) organizations.”
